a. Utilize bandwidth fully

In the default condition, Windows keeps 20% of bandwidth. In fact, it works little for common users like you and me but just slows down system. So it is better to make full use of it rather than let it be at grass.

1) Go to “Start” > “Run” and type “gpedit.msc” to open the “Group Policy”.
2) Find out “Computer configuration” > “Administrative Templates” > “Network”,

b. Optimize network neighborhood

c. Reduce loading items.

Go to “System Configuration Utility” > “Startup”, it keeps loaded items and their resources here. You can consider whether it is needed to load. If not, clear up the check box without hesitation. The less loaded items, the faster speed is.

d. Do not forget to clean system.
